When You Order
1. Be sure to stay with the order process. At the end of the order, you will
be given a link to continue. Click that link to get to your book.
You will then enter your name and email address, and will choose a log-in
and password for the private website.
The book, Stop Your Breakup, has its own password, which is not the same as
your log-in to the private site. Be sure to note that.
If you have any trouble downloading this book:
1. Make sure that you use the unique password for the pdf file. It's
listed on the same page where you download the book.
2. Make sure that you do not have Caps Lock on.
3. If you are only right clicking, try left clicking.
3. Update your Adobe Reader even if you have updated it recently. Go

4. Restart your computer.
5. Be sure that you are only opening it with Adobe Reader, not any other
program.
Printing the Book
We recommend that you save the book FIRST. Then go to your saved file,
and print it from there.
How to Save the Book
There are 3 ways to save this book.
1. First, open it on your computer. Then go to File and Save As, and
save the book to your My Documents. Please remember the
password.
2. Click to open the book, and when it's open, then click on the "Save" icon on the pdf
file.
3. Before opening the book, right-click on the link, and choose "Save As"
and then Save the file to your My Documents. Be sure to remember the
password.
If you are still having trouble, then try these suggestions:
6. Make sure that your security settings on your computer are not too high.
The password-protected site uses frames and javascript.
7. You may need to turn off your
popup blocker.
8. If you are at work, the security settings might make it difficult to
download the book. Try again at your home computer.
8. If you are right-clicking, try left-clicking to bring up the book. Wait
for it to fully open. Then enter the password.
